How to find us…

The Penny Pot is right by Edale Train Station, situated on the world famous Hope Valley line, which runs between Manchester and Sheffield. Trains usually run hourly in either direction, but make sure to double check times before you head up the hills!

We have a digital, up to date train timetable for Edale Station in the cafe, so you can keep an eye on your train while you wait.

There is a bus stop directly outside the Penny Pot. The Peak Pathfinder 62 runs from here, stopping at Buxton - Chapel en le Frith - Edale - Hope - Castleton. We have paper bus timetables available to take away in the cafe. Or look at the online timetable here.

If you are travelling by car, Edale Car Park is located next to Edale Village hall, just over the road from the cafe. Follow the steps down on the left of the public toilets, take a right, cross the road and you’re at the cafe!
